• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to planning around major sports moments and seasonal opportunities.

Requirements

• A creative strategist with a track record of originating campaign ideas or creative concepts.
• Strong instincts for culture, sports, and how fans engage with content.
• Comfortable forming and defending a creative point of view.
• Able to think at both the idea level and the practical level (timing, context, audience).
• Experienced collaborating with cross-functional partners without owning execution.
• Background in creative agencies, entertainment, sports, or culturally driven brands.
