What you will do

• Support strategic sales opportunities across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
• Partner with the sales team to plan and execute strategic deals.
• Create and deliver presentations and customized product demonstrations.
• Design and recommend solutions that meet customer needs and business requirements.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and answer technical questions.
• Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and perform technical comparisons.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or presales roles.
• Background in enterprise software, particularly with contact center or automation technologies.
• JavaScript programming/scripting experience; knowledge of Java, Python, or similar languages is a plus.
• Experience presenting conversational AI and generative AI technologies.
• Understanding of contact center technology (SIP, SBCs, ACD, ASR, TTS, etc.).
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Italian and Portuguese are a plus.
