What you will do
- Own the full go-to-market motion and sales cycle for the fintech vertical, from prospecting to closing.
- Articulate ROI of AI agents to financial decision-makers, focusing on compliance, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency.
- Drive multi-X growth by retaining oversight of accounts and identifying new upsell opportunities post-implementation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure deals meet strict financial security and regulatory standards.
- Build and activate a network of strategic partners and system integrators to accelerate pipeline generation.
Requirements
- Established network in the financial services sector (Neobanks, Crypto, Payment Gateways, etc.).
- Proven record of hitting quotas and closing 1M+ annual pipelines in complex B2B/SaaS environments.
- Deep understanding of value-selling enterprise technology to highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience in full-funnel GTM ownership, from category creation to expansion.
- Excellent English communication skills for negotiating with C-level executives.
- Data-driven approach to revenue management and sales strategy.
