Salary: $174,000 - $205,000

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters across functions, setting clear performance expectations, hiring goals, and quality standards.
• Design and improve scalable recruiting systems and processes.
• Elevate structured interviewing practices and assessment quality.
• Identify and implement AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview prep.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, ensuring thoughtful, high-quality hiring across teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in recruiting, with 3+ years experience leading a recruiting team.
• Experience building recruiting infrastructure in a scaling company.
• Strong recruiting operations mindset.
• Proven experience implementing structured interviewing and interviewer training.
• Deep familiarity with modern ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus).
• Strong data fluency and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.
