• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles from intake to onboarding.
• Build robust candidate pipelines via outbound sourcing and community engagement.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define role requirements and calibrate hiring standards.
• Screen candidates for technical capability, ownership, and cultural alignment.
• Manage interview scheduling and structure feedback loops to ensure rapid decision-making.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track core hiring metrics.

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-cycle technical recruitment within the US market.
• Proven track record of managing multiple technical roles in parallel.
• Ability to assess technical profiles for engineering, data, and product functions.
• Clear and confident English communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and hiring metrics.
