Location: Must be based in London, On-site (5 days/week)

Salary: £50,000 base + £15,000 OTE (£65,000 total)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across various business functions
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates to build robust talent pipelines
• Solve recruitment automation challenges using AI tools
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles
• Maintain ATS hygiene and use data insights to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes
• Contribute to employer branding and process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Proven ability to build and manage pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously
• Experience coordinating hiring processes across different functions
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tooling
• Professional communication skills to build trust with stakeholders and candidates
• Must be based in London and able to work on-site 5 days per week
