• Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams, including designers, strategists, and copywriters.
• Serve as the client service partner for assigned projects, providing regular updates and addressing questions.
• Monitor project budgets and margin, ensuring all costs are accounted for and within scope.
• Identify potential challenges and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
