Implementation Consultant (Golf): Managing the full customer onboarding lifecycle for golf course merchants with an accent on process optimization, resource scheduling, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Focus on coordinating cross-functional tasks, facilitating effective communication during the transition from sales to product utilization, and ensuring a seamless system implementation.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid role, 3 days a week in office)
Salary: $55,000 – $63,000 CAD

What you will do
- Conduct kick-off calls and manage customer expectations throughout the onboarding process.
- Schedule internal resources for hardware installation, billing setup, and payment processing.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding implementation status and training deadlines.
- Update customer records in CRM and web-based tools to ensure accurate project timelines.
- Monitor the customer journey from sales close to system adoption to ensure efficiency.
- Drive high customer satisfaction ratings through proactive project management.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing customer expectations via phone and email.
- Experience in resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory capacity.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
- Experience in the golf industry or status as an avid golfer.
- Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Ontario, on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industries.
- Proficiency in French (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or ChurnZero.
