Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid role, 3 days a week in office)

Salary: $55,000 – $63,000 CAD

What you will do

• Conduct kick-off calls and manage customer expectations throughout the onboarding process.
• Schedule internal resources for hardware installation, billing setup, and payment processing.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding implementation status and training deadlines.
• Update customer records in CRM and web-based tools to ensure accurate project timelines.
• Monitor the customer journey from sales close to system adoption to ensure efficiency.
• Drive high customer satisfaction ratings through proactive project management.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing customer expectations via phone and email.
• Experience in resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory capacity.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Experience in the golf industry or status as an avid golfer.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Ontario, on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience in the retail or hospitality industries.
• Proficiency in French (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or ChurnZero.
