What you will do

• Drive cross-functional technical meetings across Hardware, FPGA, Software, and Systems teams.
• Translate technical discussions into clear action items and updates in project management tools.
• Identify and proactively escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies to program leadership.
• Monitor progress to ensure end-to-end follow-up on all project commitments.
• Challenge technical estimates and assumptions to ensure program feasibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within engineering environments.
• Solid understanding of embedded software development and hardware-software integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team, fast-paced programs.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to simplify technical topics.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification or experience.
• Familiarity with database and real-time systems architecture.
