TL;DR

Administrator, Public Sector Programs: Executes and delivers tasks related to Public Sector contracts to support contractual requirements with an accent on managing bid proposals, maintaining compliance, and providing sales and customer support. Focus on automating processes, maintaining accurate information in procurement programs, and building relationships with stakeholders.

Location: Ottawa, ON, CA or Toronto, ON, CA

Salary: $62,400 to $78,000 annually + 8% Target Incentives.

What you will do

  • Manage the distribution of opportunities posted on bid posting sites, including downloading and distributing documents, maintaining a tracking file, and uploading bids.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit contractual reports accurately and on time, while maintaining relationships with contracting authorities.
  • Support initiatives to automate processes for efficiency and maintain a comprehensive understanding of key internal compliance tools.
  • Assist in the resolution of customer and system issues, participating in contract management reviews with customers and partners.
  • Contribute content to facilitate optimal sharing of contracts and processes with the Public Sector sales teams.
  • Provide guidance to customers and the sales team regarding processes to leverage specific contracts and provide in-depth support of strategic contracts.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary Diploma or Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with SFDC considered an asset.
