TL;DR

It Project Manager (SAP): Leading SAP implementation and transformation projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across different regions. Focus on ensuring strong project governance, risk, budget, and resource management.

Location: No Canadian work experience is required for this position.

Salary: 50K-100K The final compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s level of experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure strong project governance, including risk, budget, and resource management.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.
  • Strong background in IT project governance, planning, and execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and international teams.
  • Experience working within a PMO environment and structured project frameworks.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong asset.
