What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of station and guideway design packages to ensure 100% alignment with project requirements.
- Manage and delegate review responsibilities across the multidisciplinary project team.
- Lead and organize design review sessions using Bluebeam software.
- Develop and maintain a rigorous design review schedule in coordination with the Contracting Authority.
- Brief Project Engineering and Interface Management on critical findings and prepare formal review reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, transit, or complex building projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (critical requirement).
- Proficiency in interpreting BIM models via Autodesk ACC.
- Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam for design review and markups.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation.
