What you will do

• Lead day-to-day project workflows, managing schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with finance and account teams to produce cost estimates and maintain project budgets.
• Author and maintain project briefs, schedules, and Statements of Work.
• Manage project burn rates and participate in monthly forecasting processes.
• Partner with resource management to align team staffing needs with future project requirements.
• Escalate project blockers and risks to the Project Director to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Ontario.
• 6 years of experience in project management, advertising, or PR agency environments.
• Mastery of PM fundamentals, best practices, and mid-to-large scale project delivery.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Smartsheet.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a bias for action in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
