What you will do

• Build and run co-hosted events with partners and customers, handling logistics and ensuring value for attendees.
• Operate existing event formats, such as the AI forum and AI Adoption Dinners, maintaining high quality and evolving them.
• Own hirify.global's conference presence and pipeline, deciding on the approach and measuring its effectiveness.
• Manage vendors and logistics, ensuring all event details are handled effectively.

Requirements

• Experience running events in a B2B context and tying them to business outcomes.
• Ability to discern what makes a great event, caring about quality from food to content.
• Think in terms of relationships, understanding that deals can start with earlier interactions.
• Obsessively organized, with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring out formats as you go.
• Use AI tools as part of your work to automate repetitive tasks.
