Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Berlin, Germany

Salary: €100,000–€130,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute the overarching marketing and user acquisition strategy to meet growth targets.
• Lead and mentor teams responsible for paid media, influencer marketing, and growth initiatives.
• Take full ownership of all marketing channels, ensuring optimal budget allocation and performance.
• Spearhead the launch of new marketing projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to translate marketing efforts into clear business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior marketing leadership role within mobile ad-tech or gaming.
• Experience leading and scaling multi-channel user acquisition teams.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• History of taking full project ownership and implementing scalable marketing processes.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in the Berlin office.
