What you will do

• Develop and execute the EMEA corporate events strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of event professionals to foster high performance.
• Oversee planning and execution of 80+ annual events, including trade shows and conferences.
• Manage the EMEA event budget, forecasting, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI.
• Implement scalable measurement frameworks within Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
• Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in event or field marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing event marketing teams.
• Proven track record of building strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience operating in multi-country, multi-language EMEA markets.
• Command of marketing automation and CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
