What you will do

• Manage and organize hirify.global’s online and offline communities across the DACH region, focusing on local engagement.
• Lead Telegram group moderation, implement Telegram bots, and execute engaging mini-games and community campaigns.
• Organize and execute online and offline events, including meetups, webinars, workshops, and educational sessions.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local crypto communities, student groups, and universities.
• Create, translate, and proofread community content in German and English.
• Moderate regional social media platforms and chat groups while driving positive and safe engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in community management, events, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Telegram moderation, bots, mini-games, and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated success in organizing both offline and online events.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with local communities, student clubs, and universities.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Excellent knowledge of hirify.global products and core features.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools for community engagement, content generation, user segmentation, or campaign automation.
