TL;DR

Location: Office-based in Leeds, UK

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Design and execute structured customer onboarding programs aligned with implementation timelines.
  • Deliver high-quality live and recorded training sessions for end users.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable training academy featuring video guides and certification courses.
  • Train internal teams on platform best practices and feature capabilities.
  • Drive product adoption and usage depth to improve customer confidence.
  • Optimize onboarding processes to minimize support dependency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training or enabling users on SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts such as APIs and complex integrations.
  • Experience managing LMS or training academy platforms.
  • Familiarity with documentation and video tools like Loom, Notion, or TalentLMS.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong background in client onboarding and education.
