What you will do
- Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for an assigned book of accounts.
- Provide data-driven analyses on booking trends and pricing performance for clients.
- Train clients on revenue management basics and how to effectively utilize the tool to increase revenue.
- Secure annual subscription renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Product teams to improve the platform.
- Mentor junior team members and act as the voice of the customer for the product organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in customer success.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Experience managing renewal conversations.
- Proficiency with data sets in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Must be based in the UK.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or the short-term rental industry.
- Fluency in any additional European language.
