What you will do

  • Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for an assigned book of accounts.
  • Provide data-driven analyses on booking trends and pricing performance for clients.
  • Train clients on revenue management basics and how to effectively utilize the tool to increase revenue.
  • Secure annual subscription renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Product teams to improve the platform.
  • Mentor junior team members and act as the voice of the customer for the product organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in customer success.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Experience managing renewal conversations.
  • Proficiency with data sets in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or the short-term rental industry.
  • Fluency in any additional European language.
