What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
• Collaborate with internal COEs such as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
• Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights to business leadership.
• Drive engagement initiatives and support company culture programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City on a hybrid schedule.
