• Define and refine HR processes to support regulatory-bound teams.
• Consult with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives and growth.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and act as a cultural steward.
• Mentor team members and drive cross-functional implementation of HR programs.
