What you will do

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to manage complex client accounts and goals.
• Establish workstreams, timelines, and objectives for bespoke project deliverables.
• Lead client scoping and documentation to ensure requirements and parameters are clearly defined.
• Create governance structures to drive accountability and track project health using RAG indicators.
• Optimize time-to-value for clients while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
• Drive continuous operational improvements by capturing customer feedback and iterating on internal processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on project management for complex or bespoke needs.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information concisely.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be located in Toronto, Canada and able to work on a hybrid basis (3 days in-office).
