What you will do
- Define and maintain the enterprise-wide Microsoft positioning, value propositions, and strategic themes.
- Act as the central owner and curator of all Microsoft messaging across the organization.
- Partner with solution marketing managers to ensure messaging alignment across Security, Infrastructure, and AI domains.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to embed Microsoft messaging into field-facing assets and talk tracks.
- Advise cross-functional marketing and go-to-market teams on Microsoft practice priorities and customer outcomes.
- Continuously adapt the narrative based on market signals, competitive dynamics, and platform changes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solutions, product, or portfolio marketing within B2B technology.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, platforms, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Proven experience developing enterprise-level positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, usable sales narratives.
- Operational discipline and experience navigating ambiguous, evolving problem spaces.
