What you will do

• Build and implement a repeatable growth framework to drive adoption across priority industries.
• Own the growth strategy, positioning, and onboarding for the Marketing Agency segment.
• Research high-opportunity verticals like Home Services and develop tailored industry playbooks.
• Create scalable training resources and content to simplify complex product capabilities.
• Partner with Product and Customer-facing teams to improve vertical-specific user experience.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences (travel required 25%+).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to build growth strategies from scratch and operate autonomously.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in SaaS platforms, product onboarding patterns, and B2B user journeys.
• Comfort with public speaking, workshops, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
