Senior Solution Consultant - Implementation (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, or Alberta, Canada

What you will do

• Integrate hirify.global with enterprise systems including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Shopify across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Implement and customize hirify.global features for customer-specific environments and business needs.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Deploy, configure, optimize, and enrich solutions that consolidate data and support key features and plug-ins.
• Build user-friendly interfaces and implement JavaScript libraries within customer systems.
• Communicate with enterprise stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment and delivery quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Ability to navigate sophisticated technology stacks and B2B ecosystems.
• Consulting experience and a proven ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, project leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale system integrations or cloud enterprise platforms.
• Background in search, commerce, or information architecture.
• Experience with Python, Node, or Java.
