Location: Remote across the United States, Canada, or London, United Kingdom
Salary: CA$375K–CA$465K in Canada; $335K–$410K in New York, Washington, and California; $265K–$330K in other US states, plus equity.

What you will do
- Develop and execute M&A strategies involving compute infrastructure, specialized AI capabilities, and regulatory compliance technologies.
- Lead due diligence and post-merger integration with product, engineering, legal, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Build market-entry strategies and partnership frameworks for regulated industries, government sectors, and international markets.
- Identify, negotiate, and scale strategic alliances with telecommunications companies, hardware providers, cloud platforms, enterprise software vendors, and government entities.
- Develop partnerships supporting on-premise and edge AI deployments, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance.
- Create joint go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, or investment banking at a technology company.
- Proven experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software, including successful partnerships and M&A transactions.
- Experience with sovereign AI deployments, regulatory compliance, export controls, and government partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, deal structuring, financial modeling, market sizing, and valuation analysis skills.
- Extensive relationships across AI and enterprise technology ecosystems, including telecommunications, hardware, and government.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and navigate complex regulatory environments.
