Practice Lead, Advisory Technology Group (AI)

Technology advisory practice delivering consulting services across enterprise platforms and business processes.

What you will do

• Own practice revenue, margin, annual planning, pipeline management, growth, and bookings.
• Lead client assessments, roadmaps, platform selections, and process transformations across finance, supply chain, procurement, HCM, and reporting.
• Configure, prototype, and validate enterprise technology solutions before making recommendations.
• Expand the practice through new service offerings, delivery methods, accelerators, playbooks, and reusable assets.
• Create points of view, frameworks, client briefings, webinars, and enablement materials with marketing and editorial support.
• Evaluate platform roadmaps, vendor dynamics, pricing changes, alliances, and practical applications of AI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across enterprise applications and business process consulting, including ownership of revenue or a book of business.
• Industry expertise sufficient to work with clients' functional owners and understand operational needs.
• Knowledge across enterprise platforms, including NetSuite and Salesforce, with the ability to guide selections and evaluate roadmaps.
• Practical fluency in applied AI and its impact on enterprise consulting work.
• Ability to facilitate design sessions, create working prototypes, lead pursuits, and deliver client engagements.
• Experience scaling a practice or offering from early traction to repeatable growth; strong writing and presentation skills.

• Degree in business, information technology, accounting, or a related field.
• MBA, CPA, or relevant platform certification.
