Associate Consultant (FP&A Software Implementation): Implementing the Vena product for customers by configuring data models, financial templates, reports, integrations, and automated workflows with an accent on customer requirements, business process improvement, and successful product adoption. Focus on integrating customer data, facilitating technical and business workshops, and delivering implementation projects on time and within budget.
Location: Remote within the United Kingdom, with options for full-time office work in London, hybrid work, or entirely remote work. Travel may be required.
Salary: £44,000–£56,000 per year

What you will do
- Support customer implementations of the Vena product from initiation through completion.
- Configure data models, financial templates, reports, integrations, and automated workflows.
- Participate in on-site and virtual workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
- Enable customers to adopt the product and maximize value from their investment.
- Work with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Track customer satisfaction and time-to-value metrics while communicating delivery issues proactively.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, and/or software implementation.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with quantitative, conceptual, and analytical problem-solving.
- Experience with data integration and data modeling, or willingness to learn.
- Experience or knowledge of database management, including ETL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, initiative, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely from within the United Kingdom.
