Location: New York office location and opportunity for international business travel.
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 base salary per annum depending on experience.

What you will do
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales execution.
- Assist in the creation of sales reporting and performance analysis to monitor sales activities and outcomes.
- Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring proper usage, data input, and reporting.
- Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales function.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales efforts and initiatives.
- Review and approve non-standard deals, including pricing, discounting, contract terms, and commercial structures.
Requirements
- Motivated self-starter who is ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing company.

- Familiarity with SaaS business models, software licensing, and commercial terms.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication, administrational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools e.g. HubSpot preferred.
