What you will do

• Lead, recruit, and mentor a diverse multidisciplinary team of engineers.
• Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and execution strategy for the Ads Serving platform.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to align engineering deliverables with monetization goals.
• Design and build scalable, reliable ad infrastructure capable of handling large-scale traffic.
• Ensure ad server compliance with platform guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and sales teams to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience building large-scale infrastructure for millions of users.
• 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Deep domain expertise in AdTech and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies clearly.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for large-scale social media platforms.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure technologies like AWS or GCP.
