Salary: $200,000–$220,000

Requirements

• 6+ years of total industry experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of formal management experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site at our Los Angeles headquarters daily.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and/or Python.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Background in hardware-adjacent software domains such as embedded devices, mobile apps, or IoT.
• Enthusiasm for boating, clean energy, and environmental sustainability.
