Location: Must be based in the USA. If residing within commutable distance to a company office, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) is required; otherwise, the role is remote.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing analytics engagements from discovery through solution design and execution.
• Architect and maintain complex dashboards and data models using Snowflake, AWS, and BI tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to influence data strategy.
• Identify and lead opportunities to productize recurring insights into scalable solutions.
• Present actionable data narratives and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database modeling.
• Experience with cloud data environments such as Snowflake or AWS.
• Strong background in BI tools like Power BI or Sisense.
• Proven experience in a client-facing or consulting capacity.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex projects.
