What you will do

  • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking top-line revenue, retention, expansion, and product-level contribution.
  • Build standardized weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM and revenue scorecards for leadership.
  • Proactively identify trends and early warning indicators related to churn, underperformance, or GTM gaps.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles through data-backed analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure consistency in KPI definitions.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to independently analyze data across CRM and reporting pipelines.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, BI, or Strategy.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and the ability to independently query CRM and product systems.
  • Proven experience building dashboards for Sales, Revenue, Finance, or Product organizations.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by California Fair Chance Notice).
