What you will do
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking top-line revenue, retention, expansion, and product-level contribution.
- Build standardized weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM and revenue scorecards for leadership.
- Proactively identify trends and early warning indicators related to churn, underperformance, or GTM gaps.
- Support annual and quarterly planning cycles through data-backed analysis and scenario modeling.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure consistency in KPI definitions.
- Write and execute SQL queries to independently analyze data across CRM and reporting pipelines.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, BI, or Strategy.
- Strong SQL proficiency and the ability to independently query CRM and product systems.
- Proven experience building dashboards for Sales, Revenue, Finance, or Product organizations.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or technology-driven businesses.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by California Fair Chance Notice).
