What you will do
- Drive new business pipeline by prospecting into dental and healthcare practices across the U.S.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, and social) to engage decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, converting interest into booked meetings.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline within our CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Educate prospective customers on the value of ’s platform and how it integrates with their existing systems.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop strategic outreach plans and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 6–12 months of sales, customer-facing, or outbound experience preferred (SDR/BDR experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills—especially over the phone.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and handling objections.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects at once.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow into a closing role.
- Interest in healthcare and a desire to help modernize the patient experience.
