What you will do
- Proactively prospect and generate new opportunities through calls, social selling, and networking.
- Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and develop relationships with decision-makers in mid-sized and large companies across the Nordics.
- Manage your pipeline and forecast with structure and discipline.
- Take full ownership of hitting and exceeding your targets.
Requirements
- Have experience in B2B sales (SaaS is a strong plus).
- Are comfortable prospecting and not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Have a strong internal drive and enjoy competingβboth with yourself and others.
- Are used to working towards clear targets and take ownership of your results.
- Know how to build trust and move deals forward.
- Use modern sales methods (e.g. social selling) to create opportunities.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
