What you will do

  • Manage the full international recruitment cycle, from initial screening to successful onboarding.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Lead and manage the IT Talent Acquisition team, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle and driving team performance.
  • Participate in and contribute to broader HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in international recruitment.
  • Experience closing roles in ML and NLP domains, with strong skills in direct search, headhunting, and market mapping (nice to have).
  • Russian — native/fluent.
  • English — B2 or higher.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and influence stakeholders.
  • High level of dedication and a proactive, hardworking approach.
