What you will do

• Develop relationships with business leaders to understand needs and recommend recruiting strategies for Go To Market teams.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to fill openings and build a diverse pipeline.
• Proactively source talent through networking, internet research, and events.
• Drive adoption of Hiring for Success to ensure a great experience internally and externally.
• Evolve processes and develop tools to meet hiring challenges in partnership with internal teams.
• Promote products, openings, and culture on social media channels and represent hirify.global at events.

Requirements

• Related experience as a full-lifecycle Recruiter in the technology industry, including hiring sales and marketing roles.
• Experience developing and implementing recruiting sourcing strategies and building a diverse talent pipeline.
• Ability to influence and advise business leaders using effective communication skills.
• Passion for social media, Internet research, and talent branding.
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Dedication to stellar candidate experience.
