What you will do

• Define and drive the core user experience and interaction patterns across all Copilot capabilities.
• Own specific product areas, understanding user needs and managing the full product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and AI model training teams to ship high-quality features.
• Set the standard for design excellence and hold the team accountable for implementation quality.
• Translate business goals and research insights into actionable product strategy and technical requirements.
• Oversee experiments and use data-driven signals to iterate and improve product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product or service design (6+ years with Master’s).
• Proven experience designing and launching world-class consumer products from vision to market.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience prompting LLMs or working with generative AI technologies.
• Prototype-level engineering experience (e.g., JavaScript or Python).
• Demonstrated ability to break down large, complex projects into phased execution plans.
