Salary: $112,500 - $150,000

What you will do

• Define and lead the design vision for a specific product area in alignment with company goals.
• Translate complex customer requirements into intuitive flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to discover solutions and influence roadmap strategy.
• Plan and facilitate user research to synthesize actionable insights for product development.
• Maintain and improve the platform's Design System to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Foster a culture of design thinking and provide constructive critique within a collaborative team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience designing complex web applications and integrated workflows.
• Strong background in user research, including planning, facilitation, and synthesis.
• Expertise in visual design, including typography, layout, and hierarchy.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work within US time zones, primarily 9am–5pm ET or equivalent.

• Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences.
• Experience with data visualization design.
• Background in working with integrated enterprise ecosystems like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
