Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, California. Must work from our San Francisco offices at least half-time.

Salary: $172,000 - $203,000

What you will do

• Design agentic workflows where the platform anticipates user needs through ambient, screenless interactions.
• Define interaction patterns for uncertainty, communicating confidence levels and handling AI hallucinations.
• Shape model outputs into meaningful human experiences, defining ontologies, logic gates, and feedback loops.
• Use React, LLM APIs, and Vercel AI SDK to create high-fidelity, functional prototypes.
• Lead the creation of generative UI frameworks and contextual tokens for personalized experiences.
• Filter raw health data into calm, actionable, and timely insights.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience in Senior or Staff roles at the intersection of Product Design and emerging technology, specifically in AI/ML-driven environments.
• AI-Native Mindset: Familiar with the capabilities and constraints of LLMs, embedding models, and predictive analytics.
• Proficient in React/Typescript, or native code and comfortable working with APIs.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma combined with an obsession with AI-accelerated workflows.
• Deep understanding of how design logic translates to backend architecture.
• A portfolio demonstrating how you’ve handled high-complexity data and AI-driven interactions.
