What you will do

• Define long-term UX strategy and experience north stars for complex multi-step borrower journeys.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate research into actionable product decisions and roadmap alignment.
• Operate as an AI-native designer using emerging tools to accelerate ideation, synthesis, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Design intuitive, scalable interfaces and dashboards that balance automation with user trust.
• Evolve the Unified Design System and establish best practices for accessibility and workflow clarity.
• Mentor fellow designers and advocate for user-centered thinking across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of product design experience working on complex digital products.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Deep understanding of designing for regulated, transactional, or multi-step workflows.
• Strong systems thinking abilities and experience connecting UX decisions to core business KPIs.
• High proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
• Experience working within agile development environments.
