What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces, from concept to production-ready UI.
• Set and raise the bar for visual and interaction design quality across the product.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape product strategy and define user problems.
• Contribute to hirify.global's design system, creating scalable, reusable patterns.
• Use AI-native tools and vibe coding workflows to prototype at high fidelity and velocity.
• Contribute to design critiques and help elevate the craft and culture of the broader design team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating visual design craft and product thinking.
• Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and shape them into compelling product experiences.
• Outstanding UI and visual design skills with a refined eye for typography, color, layout, spacing, and hierarchy.
• A pragmatist's mindset, balancing design ideals with business reality and engineering constraints.
• Fluency with modern design tools (Figma) and a working knowledge of front-end code (HTML, CSS, React/JSX).
• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered and vibe coding tools as part of your design and prototyping workflow.
• Experience designing for AI-native or AI-augmented products, with an understanding of the unique UX challenges they present.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners.
