Location: Must be based in Austin, US; the role requires a hybrid work schedule with regular office attendance.

What you will do

• Lead pre-sales activities, including high-level discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
• Partner with Account Executives to manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closure.
• Perform technical scoping, address security and compliance questions, and support RFI/RFP processes.
• Deliver tailored technical presentations adapted to various stakeholder audiences.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market and customer onboarding experience.
• Foster long-term client partnerships by providing ongoing technical support and engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SaaS integration patterns, and authentication frameworks like SSO.
• Experience supporting sales engagements and managing RFI/RFP processes in a technical environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment based in Austin.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
