What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers, from Associate to Principal levels.
• Maintain active participation in strategic customer-facing engagements and presales activities.
• Manage team workload, resource allocation, and presales operational standards.
• Provide senior guidance on solution design, objection handling, and executive storytelling for complex enterprise deals.
• Collaborate with global SE leadership to shape regional and global presales strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive commercial impact and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior or Principal Solutions Engineer in a SaaS environment.
• Must demonstrate a proven track record of supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong technical expertise in AI, data platforms, APIs, and web technologies.
• Experience with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Ability to provide empathetic, clear, and constructive feedback for professional talent development.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities across multiple active deals.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in formal or informal mentoring and onboarding of technical staff.
• Background in vertical-focused enterprise solutions, such as Financial Services or Healthcare.
• Experience coordinating operations across multiple markets or geographies.
