Senior Data Analyst (Ecommerce)

TL;DR

Senior Data Analyst (Ecommerce): Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify growth opportunities and drive better decision-making within the organization with an accent on identifying patterns, trends, and insights from data. Focus on developing data-driven insights in partnership with product and business stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities for data use across the company.

Location: Chișinău. Hybrid work.

What you will do

• Gather and understand business needs and objectives.
• Identify and interpret patterns, trends, insights, and business metrics from data.
• Create data-complex dashboards with an optimized data structure and scaling perspective.
• Assist in planning, forecasting, and AB testing processes.
• Work with various product and business stakeholders to develop data-driven insights.
• Partner with the Data Engineering team to define and build reliable data sources.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Power BI / Tableau, and other data analysis tools.
• 4+ years of experience in data, product analytics, data science or business intelligence; e-commerce experience is a plus.
• University degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis methods, data modeling, hypothesis testing, and AB testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.
