Location: Monday through Thursday in-office in San Francisco, with Fridays designated as a remote workday.

What you will do

• Own complex analyses that influence product direction, operational strategy, and financial outcomes.
• Shape how teams understand performance, prioritize investments, and evaluate success.
• Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives, including defining success metrics, designing experiments, and building models.
• Provide a holistic view of the business by working across domains such as user behavior, monetization, retention, and financial performance.
• Translate defined business problems into clear analytical strategies, delivering insights that shape product direction, operational strategy, and financial performance.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Advanced experience with analytical programming languages (e.g., Python or R) for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, including experimentation design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
• Proven ability to independently structure and solve ambiguous business problems with limited guidance.
• Must be able to work in the office in San Francisco Monday through Thursday.
