Salary: $200,000 – $230,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and maintain intuitive, high-impact dashboards for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Define and track core business KPIs including MAU, feature adoption, and ROI impact.
• Develop and deploy predictive models such as churn forecasting and ROI projections.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build robust semantic layers, data schemas, and testing frameworks.
• Lead data bootcamps and promote a self-service analytics culture across the company.
• Translate complex stakeholder questions into actionable hypotheses and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time experience in an analytics or BI role at a high-growth company.
• Expert-level SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R for data wrangling and statistical analysis.
• Mastery of modern BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering on schema design and dbt workflows.

• Experience as an early-stage analytics hire in a startup environment.
