What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics processes including data integrity, governance, and quality assurance.
• Analyze customer behavior, feature adoption, and usage patterns to deliver actionable business recommendations.
• Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Develop forecasting models to support strategic planning and product utilization efforts.
• Act as a liaison between analytics teams and key business stakeholders to democratize insights.
• Partner with engineering to ensure smooth data flow and tool implementation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis using descriptive and predictive techniques.
• 4+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets and diverse data sources.
• 3+ years of experience presenting data insights to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong expertise in product analytics, sales analytics, or data strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
