What you will do

• Define and lead the vision and strategy for game telemetry systems.
• Design scalable, innovative analytical solutions to support strategic decision-making.
• Prototype advanced analytical outputs and establish best practices for dashboards and data storytelling.
• Foster a data-informed culture within the studio through impactful insights.
• Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems while maintaining high standards of analytical accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proven track record in the gaming industry working on GaaS titles.
• Deep expertise in advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, Python, and/or R.
• Strong experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data hosting and transformation tools like Snowflake, DBT, and AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with AWS data infrastructure.
