What you will do

• Own the monthly revenue forecast process and assist in the quarterly/annual financial planning.
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor revenue performance and make business recommendations.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to assemble metrics and KPIs to assess activity across the hirify.global platform.
• Support business operations, finance, revenue operations, and other internal teams by building analytics and reporting.
• Work with data engineering and product teams to ensure proper data tracking and support debugging and development of new ETL processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the highest business priorities and opportunities by measuring expected reach and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Management, or closely related field.
• 2 years of experience in Data Scientist related position.
• Experience in analytics and finance strategy, including forecasting and performance measurement.
• SQL and Python for data querying, modeling, and workflow automation.
• Statistical analysis using R or Julia for advanced modeling.
• Data pipeline development and modeling with dbt, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
• Machine learning applications in finance, including forecasting, variance analysis.
• Data visualization and stakeholder communication using Tableau, Mode, Snowsight, and Google Sheets
